Damaged, Wrong Item, and Missing Order Policies

After reading these policies please understand that we do want our customers to be satisfied and we will do what we can to make you happy so you will come back again. After all, without you there would be no us.

Sometimes errors occur and orders get confused or we miss something all together. These policies outline the procedures to take:

1. Damaged Item

a) If, upon arrival of the item(s), you notice that any of them are physically damaged, please contact us to inform us of the error so we may correct it. Wait for us to give you specific details to how to send it back to us.

b) You will pay the shipping fees to send the item(s) back to us. We will refund you the total amount spent to ship it back to us.

c) We will pay the shipping to send you the proper item(s) back to you.

d.1) We will inspect the item(s) you send back to us to make sure they have not been tampered with or suspiciously damaged.
d.2) If the item(s) are damaged in any way (other then manufacturers defect), there will be a charge that will be determined by the amount of damage done to the item(s).
d.3) If the item(s) are damaged due to a manufacturers defect we will gladly replace the item(s) and send you the new item(s).

e) If the item(s) can be fixed or repaired without a total replacement this will be the default way of replacing the damaged item. If fixing and repairing the damaged item will not fix the problem then we will make you a completely new item to replace the defective one.

2. Wrong Item shipped

a) If the wrong item is shipped to you, please contact us to inform us of the error so we may correct it. Wait for us to give you specific details to how to send it back to us.

b) You will pay the shipping fees to send the item(s) back to us. We will refund you the total amount spent to ship it back to us.

c) We will pay the shipping to send you the proper item(s) back to you.

d.1) We will inspect the item(s) you send back to us to make sure they have not been tampered with or suspiciously damaged.
d.2) If the item(s) are damaged in any way (other then manufacturers defect), there will be a charge that will be determined (by us) by the amount of damage done to the item(s). Your correct items will be held until payment for damages has been paid.

3. Missing Order

a) If for some reason you do not hear back from us after you place an order, please contact us to inform us of the error so we may correct it. We normally email our customers at each stage of their order (initial inquiries, purchase, production, shipping, and follow-up).

b) If we misplace a customer's order but know that they in fact ordered from us we will contact them immediately to get an order description from them again. It is very rare that this would ever happen as we keep multiple copies of each order we receive.

c) If the missing order causes you to miss a certain event or date (ex: Christmas gift, birthday gift) we will give you the option to 1) receive the order anyways, 2) receive a credit with our company, or 3) refund your money.
