Replacement, Resizing and Exchange Policies

After reading these policies please understand that we do want our customers to be satisfied and we will do what we can to make you happy so you will come back again. After all, without you there would be no us.

If for any reason you need to return a product please be advised of the following rules/ procedures we will take: (Note: Please also read our other policies for further information, especially our Refund and Return Policy)

1. Replacements

a) We will only replace the item(s) sent back to us if they are defective (manufacturers defect that is) and within 15 days of the date received by you the customer.

b.1) You will pay the shipping fees to send the item(s) back to us. We will refund you the total amount spent to ship it back to us. Please read the Return Policy for mroe detail and information.
b.2) We will only give this refund on the first return of the item(s), subsequent returns will be at the customers expense.

c) We will pay the shipping to send you the replacement item(s) back to you.

d) Any intentional tampering with the item or suspicious damage will void a replacement.

e.1) We will inspect the item(s) you send back to us to make sure they have not been intentionally tampered with or suspiciously damaged.
e.2) If the item(s) are damaged in any way (other then manufacturers defect), we will send you back your original item(s) as you have paid for them and are legally still yours but we will not refund the shipping.
e.3) If the item(s) are damaged due to a manufacturers defect we will gladly replace the item(s) and send you the new item(s).

2. Resizing

a) We will only resize item(s) sent back to us within 15 days of the date received by you the customer. (Special circumstances may extend this period of time).

b.1) You will pay the shipping fees to send the item(s) back to us. We will refund you the total amount spent to ship it back to us. Please read the Return Policy for mroe detail and information.
b.2) We will only give this refund on the first return of the item(s), subsequent returns will be at the customers expense.

c) We will pay the shipping to send you the resized item(s) back to you.

d) Any intentional tampering with the item, unauthorized modifications (modifications we have not done ourselves) or suspicious damage will void resizing.

e.1) We will inspect the item(s) you send back to us to make sure they have not been intentionally tampered with, suspiciously damaged, or had any unauthorized modifications (modifications we have not done ourselves).
e.2) If the item(s) fall under any or all of the circumstances listed above in section e.1, we will send you back your original item(s) as you have paid for them and are legally still yours but we will not refund the shipping.
e.3) If the item(s) is(are) in their original condition we will gladly resize the item(s) and send you the newly resized item(s).

2. Exchanges

a) If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) you may return any or all of them for an exchange or a refund within 15 days of the date received by you the customer.

b) Please read the Refund and Return Policy if you want a refund.

c) We will only exchange items sent back to us if they are unused.

d) If the item(s) is(are) custom made there will be a restocking fee as it will be harder for us to sell an item designed and fitted specifically for you.

e) You can only exchange the item(s) for another item of the same type and price as the original one purchased. If you want a different type of item then you'll have to pay the difference in price (including any new shipping and handling fees) before the new item is sent.

f) Any tampering with the item or suspicious damage will void an exchange. We will, however, send you back your original item(s) as you have paid for them and they are legally still yours. We will pay for the shipping to send the item(s) back to you.
